III. Who are we mailing your documents to?
Everyone on the Master Mailing Matrix that is on file with ECF/PACER
This is the RECOMMENDED default option. When this option is check, we will go online to you ECF Case Number on PACER and download the master mailing matrix as provided by the Court. All of the addresses on the matrix will be server with your documents. This is the recommended option as the creditor's preferred addresses are listed and proper address service will not be an issue.

You are attaching an excel file in CSV format or a raw text file. There are specific formats you must use when doing this type of text upload. Click on the icon at right to see a sample of how your raw text should look. We will NOT go to PACER. Only the names in your file will be used.

There is no difference in price for the option you select. Select ONE of the three options. Multiple selections are not permissible.
IV. Who do you want us to exclude from the mailing?
If you know certain recipients are on the mailing matrix but don't require notice by mail, you can eliminate them by telling us to strike their address from the list. In order to remove the recipient from the list, we need a COMPLETE name and address. Partial entries will not be sufficient. if you do not give us the complete address, we will not remove the name from the list and your unintended recipient will still get the documents.

V. Special Instructions
If you have specific instructions or something you need for this job, this is the place to tell us about it. We try to accomodate your request wherever possible.
We'll let you know via direct email if we cannot assist you or if there will be an additional charge for your request.
VI. Certified Mail
If any of your mail has to be sent certified, please indicate which parties with full name and address are to receive certified mail. A certified mail request will incur an additional $25.00 charge to your account plus the postage that is required for the certified documents. The return address on the green postal card wlil be the one we have on file for you.
I have parties who require registered service / return receipt requested. I understand I will be charged an additional $25.00 handling fee as well as postage.

VII. How many pages would you like us to print per side of paper?
The output scale will not affect your costs for printing except as to postage. More pages may result in more postal fees. We print front and back on each sheet of paper to cut down on waste and preserve paper.

VIII. Do you need our certificate mailed with your documents?
Selecting 'Yes' will mean we print the Proof of mailing/Certificate of Service and send it to all the entities on the matrix. Some local rules require it, however, we advise you to check no if you don't have to send a certificate with you documents. Checking 'Yes" will only increase your printing and postal costs. If left blank, we will presume you do not want the certificate to be mailed.

IX. Upload your files for service.
NOTE!:
You MUST title the file that you upload. The title of the documents will be the text that appears on your certificate of service. For example: You are uploading a motion to modify a Chapter 13 plan. When you upload the Chapter 13 plan .pdf file, you will want to title it "Modified Chapter 13 Plan". This way the title text will appear on your certificate and the Court will know what document we mailed. If you don't title your documents, you will get back a blank certificate. We will not fill in the title section for you as each district is different.
NOTE!:
Due to server constraints and volume, we have a maximum upload limit of 1MB. If your files exceed 1MB in size, then you will need to use our alternative upload form. An example of files which will likely exceed 1MB in size are scanned exhibits. If you scanned a document to .pdf, it is very likely that the file size will be exceedingly large. You can get this file size down by lowering your dots per inch resolution and not scanning in color. We only print in black and white. You will receive an error message if your file upload exceeds 1MB.
