Section 3: Defining your USPS delivery method for the ENTIRE mailing list
FIRST CLASS SERVICES PROVIDED:
The entire mailing list - FIRST CLASS MAIL
All mailpieces will be run through our zip code validation system and delivery point addresses will be upgraded to the Zip+4 delivery code. In addition, each mailpiece is run through the National Change of Address database to ensure deliverability. All mailpieces will be imprinted with the latest Intelligent Mail Barcode for faster delivery.
Your entire mailing list will be mailed at the first class rate.
The entire mailing list - CERTIFIED MAIL FIRST CLASS
Your ENTIRE mailing list will be sent certified mail, return receipt requested as well as First Class mail. There is a service charge of $25.00 for this option as well as the normal charges and additional postage. Think twice before you select this option as every piece of mail will be sent at the rate of $5.65 or higher. If you have a mailing where only a few select individuals need certified service, use the certified service mailing project upload page.
TAKE YOUR POSTAGE DISCOUNT:
In order to receive a postal discount of two cents per mail piece on all one ounce letters, you must complete and send to us a PAF form. We can only provide discounted postage to firms who agree to allow us to process their mail for them through the USPS system. The PAF form access is on the main dashboard of our website.

We will print on both the front and back side of the sheet.

Most districts do not require you to send your certificate of service with your documents. If this is your situation, you should check the 'No' box. Checking yes means we print the certificate of service with your documents including the mailing matrix and attach it to the end of your documents. This can add in several additional pages of unnecessary printing and postage. If you don't need to send our certificate in your mailing, you should check 'No'.
